About Me:
I am a development/community worker working with Phoebe Education Fund for AIDS Orphans (PEFO) Uganda as a Programs manager. PEFO is a local NGO in Uganda founded to facilitate care and support for older persons and OVC households to promote sustainable Development.I also part-time as a co-consultant at KENWILL International Ltd: A Socio-Economic development consultancy firm. I have been involved in community development for 5 years now. I have demonstrated expertise in project design analysis, managing quantitative and qualitative surveys, performance measurement, community development, facilitating setting up and evaluating Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems among others.
My dream:
To nurture and enhance my personality into a value-added leader and team player in socio-economic development.
I'm proud of:
Being an active contributor to the development of my community in Uganda and an associate to many other community/development workers across the globe.
