    Welcome, good to see you in that picture.  John we met during the Constellation's board meeting last year.  I still cherish those words of wisdom when you explained how it is different be in the role of a grand parent when compared to that of a parent.  I hope your family is fine and you are doing well.  I had sent you a skype invite.
