Many of my friends do the same and we inspire each other. In the office, we have reusable cups and food containers which we bring with us when buying in lunch. The practice has slowly taken root among many of my colleagues. Also, I am vegetarian. What started as small efforts have become habits over the years. Both allow me to practice peace".
