During the SALT visits, there were questions about hopes and concerns which encouraged him to think deeper. I noticed that he was a person, by nature, interested in helping others. The ongoing SALT visits from the NGO played a crucial role, I think.

Great story! I was curious to know why this transporter suddenly started to get involved in HIV response? What happened during the SALT visit that made him change?
