Hello Sem Peng Seam,
Great to hear your voice, I have been being a Aids competence team member of Cambodia since 2007.
Recently we organized a national even at Tonle Basac Restaurent from 15-17 February 2011, I do not know whether you attended or not. Anyway we are in Cambodia, we would meet any day.
