About Me:
I am an journalist, activist/ advocate for social justice. My journalism centres on peace and collaborative development. I have worked a lot in the NGO sector, primarily in the HIV/AIDS field. We are currently in the process of re-evaluating and cementing our commitment to the GIPA/ MIPA principles.
My dream:
As cliche as this might sound, my dream is to wake up to a tolerant, well-fed planet in which resources are shared in as equitable a manner as possible, where the sick are cared for, where children do not wake up to war and where the heart can sustain its beat without fear.
I'm proud of:
I am proud of grassroots volunteers and community based organizations that go out of their way without funding to sustain the livelihoods of their communities.

I value how you think deeply. We started our work with HIV. You can read more about our work at http://www.communitylifecompetence.org/en/  I too believe that people who are affected by an issue are the best placed to lead the response.
