done research work in tribal belt and sundarban belt and realizing the crucial living status associated to the social work & at present working in remote rural belt to promote socioeconomic status of the vulnerable groups (mainly women, children, children and persons having physical & mental challenge and other disadvantaged sectors) in sustainable way

Year long experience reveals that all disadvantaged groups e.g. women, children, disabled, aged & others irrespective of their castes, creeds, colours, status etc. have the inherent capacity to take responsibility for & make choices about their lives.
