South India AIDS Action Programme (SIAAP), a NGO, based in TamilNadu, hosts India competence.

India competence in November 2012 organised a Global Learning Festival which brought together more than 150 facilitators from all over the world to share and learn on their experience of facilitating community response. Check here to find out more about the Global Learning Festival.
