Most of the time am traveling to see how things are. I also include Income generating projects and Micro finance.
So what do you do in India, what job?
Waiting to hear from you,
Elizabeth

It's really nice to finally meet you in person. You're such a lovely person as the way you look and the way you communicate with others. Lucky to knowing you!
Hi Rituu...thanks for your comments...how are you.....looking forward to learning more through this network of "professional friends". I always believed....little bit of heart is crucial in making any change....I would look back to some of our HIV prevention programme in India....trying to achieve target....and achieving it...with no visible outcomes...because there was never any heart at work.
Thank you for your greetings !! I am now in Chiang Mai, for two weeks! I was lucky enough to meet Rafique last week in Chiang Mai, for the Interfaith Network. We had very interesting discussions together, in despite of my bad english ;)
I already received your email. I hope we will share during the months to come !!
Take care!
Marion
Hi Rituu, Thanx a ton. Yes, I am too looking forward to mutual sharing. Yeah, I will put my picture. I am right now tryiong to get more familiar with this forum. Would require your help too...
I am exited about the way you have invited me into this context and the possibility to connect with lovely people with the simillar passion around the world.
Regarding the HIV prevention program you aksed about. I have just recently become a part and it is three doctors that have been working with HIV prevention for long time that have developed the program. My part has until now been to write on the project description and a guide for the program. I also have had the task to develop the appreciative aspects even more.
The aim is to start a research project during this spring to see if strenghbased methods make a difference in HIV prevention. It will be ten sessions with people that are going to be "educated" to become change agents in the way to take responsibility for their own actions and wellbeing fro them self , their family and the community. It will also include to find collaborative ways to develop the communities strenght to minimize the spread of HIV.
All session have different themes and includes both living a healthy life, entreprenour ship, relational aspects and communication skills. Every session is built upon learning from past, what peopel value in life and what works well and to imagine the future, how it could look like. It is all about how they can use and develop their skills and knowledeg to move into the future.
It is a highly collaborative way of working with a lot of exersizes that aim on exploring and find skills and raise peoples selfconfidence. It is also a lot of exersizes that increase peoples ability to learn from eachother and to be able to see new perspectives and also to be able to take new actions while respecting cultural aspects. The idea is that I am going to be a part of educating people that are going to lead this program.
