Dear Rituu
You are full of appreciation and care..
With you out there to put in loads of encouragement, I am but infused with the life and energy that you exude with your presense
Thank you very much!
Hello my dear, how are you doing? I can see that you are as active as I have always seen you.
Perceiving your energy makes me want to stir up and move.

MariJo
Thanks, Rituu. When he was in prison, I and my husband (his brother) were very worried about the health situation particularly the possibility of catching HIV as the prison hospital always uses one needle for more than one patient either you are criminal or political prisoner!!! Luckily, when he had a medical check up after his release he was both mentally and physically fine...including his English skills. If you're interested you can visit their website...www.irrawaddy.org.
Ritu, I have Dzukou valley behind me!! ...hit the gym and and come to kohima its only 3 hrs uphill!! ... don't even want to think of the return !!
My girls were so impressed with the program but I have not been able to sit and talk with them in detail yet.... planning another program with some villages...
