The video stands as a powerful message of the work being done by The Voluntary Health Association of Assam (VHAA) and the Centre for North East Studies and Policy Research (C-NES) in Assam.
I would just like to emphasise a beautiful quotation that comes right at the end of the video.
"A dream is not that which you see while sleeping, it is something that does not let you sleep."
It comes from the late 11th President of India A.P.J. Abdul Kalam who died in 2015.
I feel that he might have understood the Constellation.
