I have worked over 10 years of working/professional experience particularly in the field of adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (ASRHR) as peer educator to project coordinator. Have experience working in Program Division/Youth Section, HRD Division and Resource Mobilization Division with adolescents and young people, stakeholders on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in different ASRHR projects including United National for Population Fund (UNFPA)-Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) Partnership program; Gender Transformative Approaches for improving young people in Nepal-funded by PSR-Finland; implementing SangSangai funded by GIZ; Strategy to improve ASRH funded by JOICEFP. A master trainer of SangSangai of GIZ; gender transformative of PSR; peer education of FPAN and NESOG; HIV Counseling of UMN and Dialogue for Life of PATH. Have develop different training curricula and conducted various training program on ASRH funded by IPAS, BNMT, WHO, UNICEF and FPAN. Core areas of competence include introducing innovative interventions, managerial skills in program and financial management, training and behavior change communication and inventory management on SRHR and ASRHR.
