Hi Madiang,
thanks for the encouragement. The situation of HIV/AIDS cases in Yaounde is similar to those in kenya. What you did with the uniform officers and condoms was so initiative and inspiring. I was already wondering in my mind and thinking about how to take on such a project when you sent this. Im happy and grateful. I think I just need time to put things together and I believe the results will be as good as those obtained in Kenya. The women and youths need more awareness and sensitisation. I'll keep you informed.
My regards,
Constance

Thank you very kindly Constance for your comments and observation. I note that you already can do the Condolympics with women and youth in Yaounde. I am attaching the Condolympics Guide (G5 The Condolympics Guide.pdf) herein for your implementation. I will be very glad to receive feedback (and possibly photos too) once you will have carried out Condolympics in your country.

Thanks and best regards,

-Madiang

Hello Constance! I should first apologies for my late response, lights as usual went off and since then i have not been on aids competence.

I have read with great concern your dedication on HIV/AIDs awareness in clubs/ schools, brave! i ust confess, your are indeed quite inspiring. I am proud of you.
so far so good, here in Buea we are doing our best to raise yth consciousness towards HIV/AID & Gender Based Violence, gradually and surely we aimed at changing our mindset positively towards Violence Against Women and we hope that this could only be achieve when both boys/girls are proactively involve and do share new effective measures to fight against VAW.

that aside, God willing in April we intend to carry out a Female Condom Advocacy here in Buea with the youth.
what ever the case, i visit Yde often, hope you wouldn't mind, having a surprise call from me one day.

once again, i am happy being your friend, Thanks to Rittu, we keep in touch.
as you can see i am still new here in the forum and am still trying to get use-to the forum.

stay blessed

Hello Njoh.
How are you today? What aspect of the competence are you using in schools and what are some of the major public health problems faced by girls especially in your school?
Best wishes
Ephraim

Hi again,

It seems that what you are doing with schools is very interesting. I'd like to connect you with Joseph Senesie who is one of our coaches from Sierra Leone. He adapted our approach of Community Life Competence to schools. You can visit the forum about school competence here and add your experience if you want.

Best regards,

Laurence
