“Voices, Stories, and Strength: My SALT Reflection

Hi everyone. I would like to share my salt experience to you all Today. Last couple of days I have learned many thing. I did the salt with known and unknown both people. Everyone has their own story and own experience. Which is unique and interesting. I realized that everyone has strength and they have achieved something more or less. All wants welfare of the society and their family.

I learned from a girl with visual impairment  that education play a vital role in people's life. Parents have concern for their children. Children are aware of social and family issues. One boy was sharing that he feels proud while he fights for his friends. He feels more joy when someone get hurts and blood comes out. I was shocked. How can a boy have such a feelings. I found out that when he join school he started seeing boys making gang and have fight each other. Now his mentality also has become so. He shares "he doesn't feels to go home because their family members quarrel each other. T

he other man was sharing he has desire to feed begger and destitute people and he do so. As much he can do. He says once he got a lost man he arranged everything for him to reach home. So far I have become more confident. Even this is helping me to realized my weakness, my strength more deeply. Now I realize what we see outside it may not be inside. We judge people seeing outside. But when would you talk to a person. you would find something unexpected I am sure. People have potential even we have.

नमस्कार सभी को,

आज मैं आप सबके साथ अपना SALT अनुभव साझा करना चाहता/चाहती हूँ। पिछले कुछ दिनों में मैंने बहुत सी नई बातें सीखी हैं। मैंने SALT की प्रक्रिया परिचित और अपरिचित दोनों प्रकार के लोगों के साथ की। हर व्यक्ति की अपनी कहानी और अपना अनुभव है, जो अनोखा और दिलचस्प है।

मैंने महसूस किया कि हर व्यक्ति के भीतर कोई न कोई ताकत होती है और हर किसी ने अपने जीवन में कुछ न कुछ हासिल किया है। सभी लोग अपने समाज और अपने परिवार की भलाई चाहते हैं।

मैंने एक नेत्रहीन लड़की से सीखा कि शिक्षा लोगों के जीवन में बहुत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। माता-पिता अपने बच्चों को लेकर चिंतित रहते हैं। बच्चे भी सामाजिक और पारिवारिक समस्याओं के प्रति जागरूक हैं।

एक लड़का बता रहा था कि जब वह अपने दोस्तों के लिए लड़ता है तो उसे गर्व महसूस होता है। जब किसी को चोट लगती है और खून निकलता है तो उसे और भी अधिक खुशी होती है। यह सुनकर मैं चौंक गया/गई। मैंने सोचा, एक लड़के के मन में ऐसी भावना कैसे हो सकती है? बाद में मुझे पता चला कि जब उसने स्कूल में प्रवेश लिया, तब उसने देखा कि लड़के समूह बनाकर एक-दूसरे से लड़ते हैं। धीरे-धीरे उसकी मानसिकता भी वैसी ही हो गई। उसने यह भी बताया कि उसका घर जाने का मन नहीं करता क्योंकि उसके परिवार के सदस्य आपस में झगड़ा करते रहते हैं।

एक अन्य व्यक्ति ने बताया कि उसकी इच्छा है कि वह भिखारियों और जरूरतमंद लोगों को भोजन कराए, और वह अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार ऐसा करता भी है। उसने कहा कि एक बार उसे एक खोया हुआ व्यक्ति मिला, तो उसने उसे उसके घर पहुँचाने के लिए सारी व्यवस्था की।

इस पूरे अनुभव ने मुझे और अधिक आत्मविश्वासी बना दिया है। इससे मुझे अपनी कमजोरियों और अपनी ताकतों को और गहराई से समझने में मदद मिली है। अब मुझे यह एहसास हुआ है कि जो हम बाहर से देखते हैं, वह हमेशा अंदर की सच्चाई नहीं होती। हम अक्सर लोगों को बाहरी रूप देखकर परख लेते हैं, लेकिन जब हम उनसे बात करते हैं, तो हमें कुछ अनपेक्षित और खास बातें पता चलती हैं।

मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि हर व्यक्ति में क्षमता है — और हममें भी।
