Personally, the introduction of the innovative SALT methodology has been a revelation. Guided gently through training by SCARF, the PIECES team, and Rituu Nanda, I've embarked on a journey of discovery, gradually weaving this vibrant methodology into the fabric of my conversations.

In my experience, kickstarting discussions by encouraging individuals to share positive moments from their lives has proven to be a pragmatic and impactful conversation starter. This distinctive approach not only nurtures engagement but also unlocks doors to meaningful connections. Now armed with the invaluable insights gleaned from the PIECES project, I am in the process of learning to apply the SALT methodology not only in conversations with familiar faces but also with unknown individuals. It's a transformative experience that has broadened my communicative horizons and deepened my appreciation for connecting with others on a more profound and positive level.
