১৮/০১/২০২৬ তারিখের একটি নিরব ও শান্ত বিকেলে টিয়া ও কৃষ্ণচূড়া—এই দুই গ্রুপের সদস্যদের নিয়ে একটি বিশেষ শেয়ারিং সেশন অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। দুই গ্রুপ পাশাপাশি হওয়ায় তারা নিজেরাই এই সেশনটির আয়োজন করে।
নিজেদের মধ্যেই পরিচয় পর্বের মাধ্যমে খোলামেলা আলাপ আলোচনা দিয়ে
সেশনটি শুরু হয়।এই আলোচনায় উঠে আসে সল্ট কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে নিজেদের জীবনে আসা পরিবর্তনের কথা, পাশাপাশি কমিউনিটিতে তারা কী ধরনের পরিবর্তন আনতে পেরেছে সেই অভিজ্ঞতাগুলো ও
এক গ্রুপের স্বপ্ন, ভাবনা ও অনুভূতি অন্য গ্রুপের সদস্যদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করে।
ধীরে ধীরে তাদের মধ্যে একটি সুন্দর ও সৌহার্দ্যপূর্ণ সম্পর্ক গড়ে।
এই সেশনের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর দিক ছিল—সবাই সবাইকে মনোযোগ দিয়ে একে অপরের কথা শুনছিল। কেউ কাউকে থামাচ্ছিল না, বরং সবাই সবাইকে সমর্থন করছিল। এই পরিবেশেই তারা আরও গভীরভাবে কমিউনিটি নিয়ে ভাবতে শুরু করে।
নিজেদের অভিজ্ঞতা ও ভাবনা ভাগাভাগি করতে করতে তারা বুঝতে পারে
শিশুদের নিয়ে উদ্যোগের ও ভাবনা নিয়ে
আলোচনার এক পর্যায়ে দুই গ্রুপের মধ্যেই শিশুদের নিয়ে কাজ করার আগ্রহ সবচেয়ে বেশি উঠে আসে। তখন কৃষ্ণচূড়া গ্রুপের সদস্য মনিকা খাতুন তার একটি উদ্যোগের কথা সবার সঙ্গে শেয়ার করেন।

সল্ট কার্যক্রম শুরু হওয়ার পর মনিকা খেয়াল করেন যে কমিউনিটির অনেক মানুষ আছেন, যারা বিনা খরচে লেখাপড়া শেখার সুযোগ পেলে উপকৃত হতো। এই বিষয়টিকে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে তিনি নিজ উদ্যোগে ফ্রিতে লেখাপড়া করানোর একটি কার্যক্রম শুরু করেন। এখনো তিনি এই উদ্যোগটি চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন।
মনিকার এই উদ্যোগের কথা শুনে টিয়া গ্রুপের সদস্যরা ভীষণভাবে অনুপ্রাণিত হন। তারা জানান, যদি টিয়া ও কৃষ্ণচূড়া—দুই গ্রুপ একসঙ্গে এই কার্যক্রম চালিয়ে যায়, তাহলে কমিউনিটির আরও বেশি শিশু ও মানুষ লেখাপড়া শেখার সুযোগ পাবে।
একে অপরের ভাবনা শুনে তারা যেমন অনুপ্রাণিত হচ্ছিল, তেমনি নিজেদের ভেতরের শক্তিকেও নতুন করে চিনতে পারছিল।
এক সময় নিজের ভেতরে লুকিয়ে থাকা শক্তি উপলব্ধি করতো না। তারা বুঝতে পারত না যে তাদের ভাবনা, অনুভূতি আর অভিজ্ঞতার মধ্যেই রয়েছে সমস্যাকে বুঝে নেওয়ার গভীর ক্ষমতা।
কিন্তু সল্ট সেই লুকিয়ে থাকা শক্তিকে উপলব্ধি করতে ও প্রকাশ করতে সক্ষম করছে।
বর্তমানে কৃষ্ণচূড়া গ্রুপের সদস্য মনিকার উদ্যোগ টিয়া গ্রুপের সদস্যদের গভীরভাবে অনুপ্রাণিত করেছে। এর ফলে টিয়া ও কৃষ্ণচূড়া—দুই গ্রুপের সদস্যরা একসঙ্গে কমিউনিটির শিশুদের নিয়ে লেখাপড়া করানো শুরু করেছেন।

তারা নিজেরাই নিজেদের কমিউনিটির উদ্বেগগুলো শেয়ার করছে, আবার তারাই সেই সমস্যার সমাধান খুঁজে নিচ্ছে।
এক বিকেল, গভীর সংযোগ
সল্ট কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে সেই বিকেলটি হয়ে উঠেছিল গভীর অনুভব ও সংযোগের একটি বিশেষ জায়গা। সবার মধ্যে তৈরি হয়েছিল আন্তরিকতা ও দৃঢ় বন্ধন। মনে হচ্ছিল, তারা একে অপরকে খুব সহজেই বুঝতে পারছে—আর সেই বোঝাপড়ার মধ্য দিয়েই গড়ে উঠছিল একটি শক্তিশালী সম্পর্ক।
এই বিকেল শুধু একটি শেয়ারিং সেশনই ছিল না, বরং ছিল নিজেদের শক্তি আবিষ্কার করার, একে অপরকে অনুপ্রাণিত করার এবং কমিউনিটির জন্য একসাথে পথচলার এক অনন্য মুহূর্ত।

The Strength Awakened Through Listening and Feeling

On a quiet and peaceful afternoon on 18/01/2026, a special sharing session was held with the members of these two groups - Tia and Krishnachura. Since the two groups were together, they organized this session themselves.
The session started with an open discussion through an introduction phase.
In this discussion, the changes that have come to their lives through the SALT program came up, as well as the experiences of what kind of changes they have been able to bring to the community, and
One group shared their dreams, thoughts and feelings with the members of the other group.
Gradually, a beautiful and cordial relationship was built between them.
The most beautiful aspect of this session was - everyone was listening to each other attentively. No one was stopping anyone, rather everyone was supporting everyone. It was in this environment that they started thinking more deeply about the community.
While sharing their experiences and thoughts, they realized that
At one stage of the discussion about initiatives and ideas for children, the interest in working with children emerged the most in both groups. Then Monika Khatun, a member of the Krishnachura group, shared her initiative with everyone.
After the SALT program started, Monika noticed that there were many people in the community who would benefit from the opportunity to learn at no cost. Taking this issue into account, she started a program to provide free education on her own initiative. She is still continuing this initiative.
The members of the Tia group were very inspired after hearing Monica's initiative. They said that if the two groups - Tia and Krishnachura - continued this program together, then more children and people in the community would get the opportunity to learn.
Just as they were inspired by hearing each other's thoughts, they were also able to recognize their own inner strength anew.
At one time, they did not realize the hidden strength within themselves. They did not realize that their thoughts, feelings and experiences contained the deep ability to understand the problem.
But SALT is enabling them to realize and express that hidden strength.
Currently, Monika, a member of the Krishnachura group,'s initiative has deeply inspired the members of the Tia group. As a result, Tia and Krishnachura—members of two groups—have started educating the children of the community together.
They are sharing the concerns of their own community, and they are finding solutions to those problems.
An afternoon, a deep connection
Through the SALT program, that afternoon became a special place of deep feeling and connection. Sincerity and a strong bond were created between everyone. It seemed that they could understand each other very easily—and a strong relationship was being built through that understanding.
This afternoon was not just a sharing session, but a unique moment to discover our own strengths, inspire each other, and walk the path together for the community.
