My catchment had only 20 Toilets by then in 2016. It was a pathetic place to live in.Imagin out of 700 households only 20 where functional. Being new in the area wondering were to start from clouded with alot of sorrow and thoughts seeing a lot of diarrhoea diseases such as dysentery and heavy diarrhoea. It was not easy beloved friends. Our community is gifted with a lot of natural resources but all it needed was skills.Friends down the lane we started teaching training the community on the importance of having alatrine by using the little resources they have.Appropriate technology was our Target. 680 toilets were built using trees or mad because it was very cheap and affordable.modding bricks using mad was also considered. Surely this people needed someone to drive them from poverty of sanitation using S.A.LT. I thank God because the community is never the same. Moses Himakanta from eastern part of Zambia vubwi.

SALT was moving from 20 house holds highly concentrated with knowledge of hygiene and sanitation to 680 houlowest concentrated knowledge of hygiene and sanitation. The community started appreciating the real meaning change of this exercise. Thanks
