querterly meeting

dea all,
i am attending the querterly meeting the Global fund porject in Bali at hotel Sindhu Beach - Sanur - Bali. the achievment of the project still under the target. the provincial team already prepare some methode how to achive the target.
The aim of the meeting are : to know the perfomance of the site, the problem (obstacle), and how to solve the problem. The meeting attend by activist, NGO, and govermnment and health department.

Dear Wayan,

Just out of curiosity: do you use the AIDS or Community Life Competence Process in your project with the Global Fund. If yes, how do you apply it and integrate it with the activities you were already doing?

We sometimes hear from other facilitators that the Global Fund is focussed on quantitative indicators and that SALT for instance helps them improve the quality of their approach.
Do you experience the same?
