SALT Project under GFC community leadership ARC initiative when going out to practice Salt conversation, met with a village police.

After sitting for some time, I started having a Salt conversation with him. At the beginning I asked to know about him. He shares with us his duties at the beginning of the talk. He continues to say with passion that many people do not think of village police as police and everyone looks down on them. He wanted to become a Bangladeshi policeman to serve the people of the country, so he tried hard to become a policeman, but luck did not help him and he could not get a police job. After he became a policeman not disappointed but a rural policeman. After becoming rural police, he did not like it at first because many people look down on this job. Later, he realized that people can be served through this job. He said many people do not understand the responsibility of rural police. We guard and patrol the Union day and night. We assist the law to the best of our ability to investigate and suppress all matters related to crime and to arrest criminals. I provide overall support to the chairman and the union council and also help people in various ways within the union. I feel proud of myself. I don't care what people think anymore. The service I can give to people is the achievement of life. He also said that there are actually many people who grow only by always criticizing others. In fact, comments can never stop the destination. The village police He told us that no one has ever tried to know about me like this. I feel like a very happy person to share my thoughts with you.
