• ধারা অফিসের সবার সাথে সল্ট পর্ব শেষ করলাম। কোহর্ট লেবেলে সর্বচ্চো SALT করলাম। কমিউনিটির অর্ধেক লোকের সাথে SALT করলাম। কিন্তু ধারার প্রতিষ্ঠা, মানবতার জননী Lipika Dasgupt's সাথে SALT করা হলো না।তাই উনার সুযোগ খুঁজে SALT সেশন শেষ করলাম। আমি ভাবছিলাম তিনি হয়তো গর্বের বিষয় হিসাবে বলবেন, উনি দুজন Doctor ছেলের মা। অথবা বলবেন, বহুমূখী এবং কয়েকটি প্রজেক্ট চালিত সফল এবং স্বার্থক প্রতিষ্ঠান ধারার প্রতিষ্ঠা হিসাবে। কিন্তু না,  উনার নিকট এটা গর্বের বিষয় ছিলোনা। তিনি গর্বের জায়গা হিসাবে  যেটা বললেন সেটা হলো, উনার ভায়ের ছেলে মা হারা মুন্না এবং ভাতিজির ছেলে মা হারানো  শম্ভুর স্বার্থক  মা হতে পেরে। সত্যি তিনি এক মহিয়সী নারী। DHARA এর মতো প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্বাহী পরিচালক হয়েও উনার মনে কোন অহংকার নেই, দাম্ভিকথা নেই। অঢেল সম্পত্তির মালিক হওয়ার পরও নেই তেমন কোন বিলাসিতা।  আমি উনাকে কখনোই মেকাপ করতে দেখিনি। উনি সব সময় হালকা সাজে থাকতে স্বাচ্ছন্দবোধ করেন।

  কোটা আন্দোলনে  সরকার পতনের পর সমস্ত মানুষ যখন অনিরাপত্তায় ভুগছে, তখন তিনি  সাহসিকতার সাথে কান্ডারীর মতো  এলাকায় একটি কমিটি গঠন করে এলাকা এবং মুন্দির  পাহারা দেওয়ার ব্যাবস্থা করেন। সারারাত সবার খোঁজ খবর নেন। আত্মীয়,  পড়শী এবং অফিস স্টাফ    যেখানে যার বিপদ সেখানে পৌঁছে যায় লিপিকা দাস গুপ্তার মাতৃছায়া।

• মানবতার ফেরিওয়ালা,  বিপদের কান্ডারী এবং তার মমতাময়ী মাতৃ ছায়ায় কাজ করতে পেরে আমি নিজেকে গর্বিত মনে করি।

• I  finished the SALT episode with everyone in the Dhara office. I did the highest SALT in the cohort label. I did SALT with half the people in the community. But I did not do SALT with Lipika Dasgupt, the founder of Dhara, the mother of humanity.So I ended the SALT session by finding her opportunity. I thought she might say it was a matter of pride that she is the mother of two doctor sons. Or she might say it was a matter of establishing a successful and profitable organization that is multifaceted and runs several projects.But no, it wasn't a matter of pride for her. What she said as a point of pride was being a caring mother to her brother's son, Munna, who lost her mother, and to her niece's son, Shambhu, who lost her mother. She was truly a remarkable woman.
  Even though he is the executive director of an organization like DHARA, he has no arrogance or boastfulness. Even though he owns a lot of property, he does not have any luxury. I have never seen him wear makeup. He always feels comfortable in light clothes.When everyone was suffering from insecurity after the fall of the government in the quota movement, he courageously formed a committee in areas like Kandari and arranged to guard the area and the Mundir. He kept an eye on everyone throughout the night.Lipika Das Gupta's maternal shadow reaches wherever relatives, neighbors, and office staff are in danger.
