Here are some interesting thoughts to share with you:
Most people don't really think much about how they learn. Generally you assume learning comes naturally. You listen to someone speak either in conversation or in a lecture and you simply absorb what they are saying, right? Not really. In fact, I find as I get older that real learning takes more work. The more I fill my brain with facts, figures, and experience, the less room I have for new ideas and new thoughts. Plus, now I have…

First over....how do we behave as Facilitator???
Do not assume, however, that we can get prepared "once and for all." We facilitators are continually learning more and more ....... It is a never ending process, and we will be doomed to failure if we ever think we know it all and it has a big impact on how the Community gonna act.
When we start talking about community problems, and asking what their priority problems are, there will be a tendency to assume that we are there to…

thanks allot with this your wellcoming to me. Of course I'm happy to gain you as friend and even more than the singele meaning of friendship it is about partnering.
I've gone throughout your profile and found many common issues. read mine as well, sorry if I'm asking you to repeat. You know it concerns me that we all have the main resource to solve our problem than just the cientific and, I repeat, cientif point of view on aids... By cientific I didn't mean intitutional. AIDS is more a social concern and than it needs social solutions more. Exchanging, learning, transferign and implementing knowledge and good practices (all I've done and worked) we will be reducing the impact of any concern.
However Prince, your questions tend to be bigger than I can imagine. if in this exchange you could give me oportunity to understand... what do you by community representation?
cheers friend
I sent already a request.
Thanks

Amicalement,
Marlou
