Organisation
Astrid Reijmers Training & Coaching
About Me:
Coach and trainer in selfmanagement in work: love to encourage and stand by people in growing out of stress-issues and getting motivated to take new steps. I am grateful to have become a mother and to share my life with dear friends and family. Inspiration: meditation, singing and dancing, son, sun & meeting people.
My dream:
To discover who we are by meeting each other. To mingle work and life and share my love for travelling with my son.
I'm proud of:
What I have been able to develop. My learnings, my colleagues in work and study and my curiosity.
