About Me:
I am a development professional with specialisation in development programming, strategic planning,programme management, capacity building, fund raising and instituional development.
I possess master’s degree in Sociology and 22 years experience in strategic planning, programming, implmentation, monitoring and evaluation of integrated and sector specific large scale development programmes. Worked as grassroots level facilitator, social scientist, Advisor to Government and founder Director of NGO and consultancy organization. Worked as consultant with UNICEF, International Labor Organization, CORDAID, Catholic Relief services, OXFAM, Yale University and National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. Played leading role in formulation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of various sectors specific and multi sectoral development programmes. It brings in practical insights, experience and capabilities together from different levels, sectors, organizations and perspectives.
My dream:
I wish to develop an alliance of development professionals and institutions to work togather for empowering the communities and making governance systems resposnsive to them.
