For convenience ’s sake, my business card now says ‘conscious entrepreneur’: conscious entrepreneurship, that’s my field of expertise. What that means? Quite simple: where others see a market gap, I see gaps in ‘consciousness’: areas where the autopilot does the work, where potential goes unseen and no ‘flow’ is ever experienced. In this way, Realize! aims at ‘conscious organizations’, Blik-Opener at career development for talented twenty-somethings, and The Hub Amsterdam at beginning social entrepreneurs. I enjoy putting new initiatives and services into the world, together with others. It’s a permanent education, in which everything that could go wrong, does go wrong, and everything that could succeed, does succeed: mostly at the same time and completely unexpected.
My dream:
Spread the Dharma
I'm proud of:
Setting up three viable consciousness-based businesses
We are struggling with a step of our process: "self-measurement of change". The idea is that communities measure their own change and set their own indicators of progress.
Do you have any experience with this? Do people or companies with which you work, measure their own change in consciousness?
This is all extremely interesting. I feel that we should maybe open a discussion in the forum on this question... to hear from others as well.
I'll keep you posted!
I only read your message now... Strange that I didn't see it! I'm sorry to only reply now.
The best thing would be to post the question in the forum. I want to open the question to all facilitators of this platform as they have quite some experience with this...You can even copy your text from the message you send to me, that was clearly formulated. (see my profile page)
