এক অন্যন্যা কমিউনিটির গল্প: মুন্সীগঞ্জ কমিউনিটি সল্টের আলো!!!

মুন্সীগঞ্জ কমিউনিটিতে সল্টের কার্যক্রম শুরু হওয়ায় আমরা ব্রেড প্রতিষ্ঠানের সদস্যরা ও আমাদের পেচাকোলা কমিউনিটির কয়েক জন সদস্য মুন্সীগঞ্জ কমিউনিটির মানুষের কাছ থেকে জ্ঞান ভাগাভাগি করে নেওয়া সুযোগ পায়।
আমরা সবাই ২৫ তারিখে ঢাকায় উদ্দেশ্যে রওনা হয়। এবং ২৬ তারিখে মুন্সীগঞ্জ কমিউনিটিতে গিয়ে শিশু থেকে শুরু করে বড়দের সাথে আমরা আলাপ আলোচনা মাধ্যমে বুজতে পারছিলাম তারা তাদের শক্তি তাদের স্বপ্ন সল্টের মাধ্যমে কত সুন্দর ভাবে ফুটে তুলতে সক্ষম হচ্ছে।
এখানে আমি বিশেষ করে, একজন শিশুর কথা তুলে ধরতে চাই। মুন্সিগঞ্জ কমিউনিটির জীবন যাত্রার এক বৈচিত্র দৃশ্য যেন আমাদের চোখের সামনে ভাসছিল তার মধ্যে একজন শিশু যার নাম হচ্ছে তাহমিনা খাতুন।
তাহমিনা ক্লাস টু তে পড়ে। তাহমিনার বয়স নয় বছর হবে।
সল্ট অ্যাপ্রসে তাহমিনার সাথে আমার অনেকক্ষণ আলোচনা হয়।
তাহমিনার সাথে আমি যত কথা বলছিলাম ওর ভেতরের শক্তি যেন বের হয়ে আসছিল। তাহমিনা জন্মের আগেই বাবা হারিয়েছে!!
এবং জন্মের পর মাকে হারায়। তাহমিনা আলো দেখার আগেই যেন পৃথিবীটা অন্ধকার হয়ে যায়। কিন্তু তাহমিনার স্বপ্ন সেই অন্ধকারকে দূর করে আলোকিত করবে। তার ইচ্ছা সে বড় হয়ে ডাক্তার হবে।তার স্বপ্নের কথা শুনে আমি নিজেই অনেক আনন্দিত হয়েছিলাম। আমি বললাম তুমি ডাক্তার হতে চাও কেন?
তাহমিনা বলে ডাক্তার হয়ে আমি আমার কমিউনিটির সবাইকে বিনা চিকিৎসা করতে চাই। তাহমিনার স্বপ্ন বাস্তবিকভাবে পূরণ করা কষ্টকর হলেও সল্টের মাধ্যমে তাহমিনা যে তার শক্তিকে বুঝে তার স্বপ্ন তার ইচ্ছা পূরণ করার জন্য প্রতিজ্ঞ তাহমিনার সাথে কথা বলার সময় বোঝা যায়।
তাহামিনার সাথে কথা বলার সময় তাহমিনা নানি আমার পাশে ছিলেন।
তাহমিনার নানির সাথে আলোচনা করি।তাহমিনাকে নিয়ে তার কি স্বপ্ন আছে।
তখন তাহমিনা নানি দুঃখভরা মন নিয়ে আমাকে বলছিল তাহমিনা বাবা-মা কেউ বেচে নেই। তিনি শুরু থেকেই তাহমিনাকে পালন করছেন। তাহমিনার স্বপ্ন ইচ্ছা দেখে তার নানীও অনেক আনন্দিত!!
তাহমিনা নানি ইচ্ছা তাহমিনা বড় হয়ে স্বাবলম্বী হোক এবং তাহমিনা ডাক্তার হওয়ার ইচ্ছা পূরণ হোক।
তাহমিনা নানির সাথে কথা না বললে হয়তো বুঝতাম না সম্পর্কের দৃঢ়, ঘনিষ্ট কতটা মজবুত হতে পারে।যেটা আমাদেরকে সল্ট অনুভব করায়। তাহমিনা চঞ্চল একটা মেয়ে। সল্ট তাহমিনার শক্তিকে আরো মজবুতভাবে আঁকড়ে ধরতে সক্ষম করছে। এবং আরো উৎসাহ করছে তার শক্তিকে কাজে লাগিয়ে তার স্বপ্নকে পূরণ করতে।
আমাকে সবচেয়ে বেশি অবাক করেছিল তাহমিনার আঁকা ছবি। বিদায়ের সময় সে নিজ হাতে আঁকা একটি ড্রয়িং ও একটি চকলেট আমাকে উপহার দেয়—তার ছোট্ট মনের বড় ভালোবাসা। সেই ছবির রেখাগুলো যেন তার স্বপ্নের পথচিহ্ন।
এটা ছিল আমার জন্য অনেক আনন্দের আমি তাহমিনার দক্ষতা দেখে অনুপ্রেরণায় প্রফুল্লিত হয়েছিলাম।
সল্ট নিজের শক্তিকে যেমন অনুধাবন করতে সহযোগিতা করে। তেমন অন্যকে বুঝতে, অন্যের কাছ থেকে শিখতে,জ্ঞান ভাগাভাগি করে নিতে অপরিসীম হাতিয়ার হিসাবে কাজ করে। সল্টের মাধ্যমে ছোটো-বড়,সবার কাছ থেকে শিখতে পারা যায় । শিশু থেকে প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক—সবার মধ্যেই সল্ট কাজ করছে এক নীরব বিপ্লবের মতো।
ধৈর্য্য আগ্ৰহ ও মনমানসিকতা তৈরি করে।সল্ট শুধু কর্মসূচি নয়, এটি মানুষকে তার নিজের শক্তির সাথে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেয়ার এক শক্তিশালী মাধ্যম।

A story of a different community: The light of Munshiganj Community Salt!!!

As the Salt activities started in Munshiganj community, we, the members of the BRED Organization and a few members of our Pechakola community, got the opportunity to share knowledge from the people of Munshiganj community.
We all left for Dhaka on the 25th. And on the 26th, when we went to Munshiganj community, starting with children and adults, we were able to understand through discussions how beautifully they are able to express their power and their dreams through Salt.
Here, I would like to highlight the story of a child in particular. A diverse scene of the life journey of Munshiganj community was floating before our eyes, among them a child whose name is Tahmina Khatun.
Tahmina is in class two. Tahmina is about nine years old.
I had a long discussion with Tahmina after Salt.
As I was talking to Tahmina, her inner strength seemed to come out
Tahmina lost her father before she was born!!
And after she was born, she lost her mother. Before Tahmina could see the light, the world seemed to become dark. But Tahmina's dream would dispel that darkness and illuminate it. Her wish was that she would grow up to be a doctor. I myself was very happy to hear about her dream. I said, "Why do you want to be a doctor?"
Tahmina said, "I want to become a doctor and treat everyone in my community without any treatment." Although it is difficult to fulfill Tahmina's dream practically, it is clear that Tahmina understands her strength through SALT and is determined to fulfill her dream.
While talking to Tahmina,
Tahmina's grandmother was by my side.
I discussed with Tahmina's grandmother. What dreams does she have for Tahmina?
Then Tahmina's grandmother was telling me with a sad heart that Tahmina's parents are not alive. She has been taking care of Tahmina since the beginning. Her grandmother is also very happy to see Tahmina's dream and wish!!
Tahmina's grandmother wishes that Tahmina grows up to be independent and that Tahmina's wish to become a doctor comes true.
If I hadn't talked to Tahmina's grandmother, I might not have understood how strong, close the relationship can be. Which makes us feel Salt. Tahmina is a fickle girl. Salt is enabling Tahmina to grasp her strength more strongly. And is encouraging her to use her strength to fulfill her dream.
What surprised me the most was the picture Tahmina drew. At the time of farewell, she gave me a drawing drawn by her own hand and a chocolate—the great love of her little heart. The lines in that picture are like the path of her dreams.
It was a great joy for me. I was inspired to see Tahmina's skill.
Salt helps her to realize her strength. It also acts as an immense tool to understand others, learn from others, and share knowledge. Through SALT, young and old, one can learn from everyone. From children to adults, SALT is working like a silent revolution in everyone.
Patience builds resilience and a mindset. SALT is not just a program, it is a powerful means of introducing people to their own strengths.
