 Change - Agrarian Communities' Action Plan on Climate Change' on June 
 1st, 2015 from 2.00 pm onwards, at the Deputy Speaker's Hall, The Cons
 titution Club of India, Vithal Bhai Patel House, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-
 110 001.The programme sees the coming together of a Ground-Level Panel
  consisting of 12 men and women from agrarian communities in Bihar, Ut
 tar Pradesh and Uttarakhand from May 29-31, 2015. This group will coll
 ectively analyse the impact of climate change on their lives and evolv
 e an action plan based on their lived experience. They will bepresenti
 ng their perspectives on climate change and agriculture before a wide 
 audience of policy makers, civil society groups and partner organisati
 ons on June 1.The importance of this Panel is its membership. The pane
 llists derive their expertise in climate change from their lived exper
 ience and not as researchers, policy makers or academicians. For many 
 of us, it will be an opportunity to hear the voices from the margins!P
