DESCRIPTION:ANCHORING THE ENERGY FOR SUSTAINABLE LOCAL RESPONSE\r\nHow

  year’s theme is locally set, and globally explored. \r\nThrough vi
 rtual SALT visits to local communities in Kenya, and from the shared e
 xperiences of participants in many other places in the world – we wi
 ll listen to how they have learned from actions in the past and how
  they have adapted to old and new challenges. The lessons from those 
 experiences will provide us with answers to what the anchors are for s
 ustainable local response. \r\n\r\nAn interactive programme\r\nFriday
  1 October: ‘Landing’ in Kenya – Getting to know each other –
  deepening  understanding on SALT through shared learning, content fo
 rmulation, Global reconnection.\r\nSaturday 2 October: Virtual SALT v
 isits to diverse communities in Kenya who have been responding locall
 y to diverse issues including economic and livelihood development, sus
 tainable women initiated responses, adapting and living with disabilit
 ies.\r\nSunday 3 October: Market Place: Local SALT teams from across
  the world will present their best practices and lessons learned. Part
 icipants go shopping, with their own wisdom as currency. \r\nMonday 4
  October: Weaving Pearls of Wisdom: What have we learned together? Ho
 w can we use that in our own community and how can we share the lesson
 s with others? \r\nFor who?\r\nThe event is rooted in SALT-CLCP – a
 nd is linked to The Constellation ways of working. Those who are engag
 ed in local response and community action in their own country, come t
 ogether, virtually.  Those who are wanting to learn about SALT-CLCP a
 nd community action are welcome as well. You can register as an indiv
 idual, or with your team of 3. Partner organisations are invited to s
 end their teams as well. \r\nCosts\r\nParticipation Fee includes full
  participation in facilitated interactive events from 1-4 October; acc
 ess to documentation during and after the event and a unique V-GLF 202
 1 Participant Package will come your way. \r\n\r\nIndividual particip
 ants: 50 Euro\r\nLocal SALT teams (3 persons): 100 Euro\r\nOrganisatio
 ns (3 person teams): 250 Euro\r\n\r\nWe want the Virtual Global Learni
