 ion movements in formative and evaluation research\n\nWith a commitmen
 t to social justice and the development of pro-poor policy responses,Â
  Jo Vearey's research explores international, regional, national and l
 ocal responses to migration, health and urban vulnerabilities. Jo is i
 nterested in urban health, public health, migration and health, the so
 cial determinants of health, HIV, sex work and local level responses. 
 She is a Senior Researcher with the African Centre for Migration and
  Society, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.
