DESCRIPTION:The abrupt and extremely harsh response to Covid-19 pandem
 ic in India has aggravated social and economic deprivations and inequ
 alities. These inevitably have a serious adverse impact on the mental 
 health of the people in the immediate as well as in the long term, exp
