 n glaring inequities in our society, especially for communities of col
 or. Black communities across the nation have been disproportionately i
 mpacted by the pandemic and the long-term consequences of this crisis 
 have yet to be seen. Many grassroots organizations are responding to t
 his crisis by organizing and advocating for policy and system changes 
 to address inequities in areas such as employment, education, housing,
  criminal justice and maternal health plaguing Black communities long 
 before COVID-19.  Join conversation with grassroots organizations from
  Wilmington, DE; New Orleans, LA; St. Louis, MO; and Detroit, MI to he
 ar about how they are leveraging mutual aid, policy advocacy, communit
 y organizing and the delivery of trauma-informed services to advance e
 quity and create sustainable change that will increase the resources,
