In March 2017, a learning festival was held in Kibaha, and ten communities that had been engaged in the project Afya Kibaha 2025 were invited to come and share their experiences. During the festival, video clips from different communities and their projects were shown. Through these and the testimonies of how the Intergenerational project had helped children, youths and older persons, all were able to see how the CLCP approach has a positive impact on people’s lives in Kibaha. The CLCP approach requires people to use their own resources and strengths to achieve their goals at both the family and community level, guiding them on how not to be dependent and instead to seek out and apply their own resources. The festival helped people realize that they can do something better for themselves and improve on their live. Below are some of the activities that took place during the festival.

Would love to know more about 'Afya Kibaha 2025'. It is wonderful to hear about the Learning Festival.
