In April 2013 I completed a SALT weekend in Amsterdam with lots of fun. Inspired , I went  back to work in our welfare organization in the south of Holland in Kerkrade. My dream was: A SALTY welfare organization . Big and bold! My dream and enthusiasm helped me to spread SALT slowly and let people around us have positive experiences with it. 2 of my colleagues were then infected with SALT virus, and also joined a weekend in Amsterdam. They helped me to spread it even more! A few weeks ago it was decided in a management consultation to spread SALT like wildfire across the entire organization! In the coming days the three of us may let all of our colleagues get acquainted with SALT . We are really looking forward to doing it! It is inspiring to see how a dream can become a reality , even though he is very big and ambitious. Suddenly we are very close to our SALTY welfare organization! Thanks for the inspiration and changes we have made possible together!

thanks Gemma! I share the enthusiasm and have similar questions: what is the most simple action you did to spread SALT in your organization? thanks for inspiring us!

Gemma, congratulations, this is wonderful. I have 3 questions for you. Do you remember the first positive experience in your organisation that began to persuade people? How did you persuade management to spread SALT across your organisation. And, finally, how do you intend to spread SALT through your organisation. I am sure that there are many of us who could learn from your wonderful experience.

Congratulations!!! Can I ask you a question? Why do you transfer? How do you transfer? Would love to learn from you. Hugs from Delhi.

Dear Gemma,

Very proud of you, Maud and Zanah! You took up as real champions - very brave. I remember how inspiring the Dutch Competence SALT visit was in your organisation last year and reading this now we should come back soon to be even more inspired! It touches me to see how the dreams developed during our weekend in Amsterdam are becoming reality. The dream of CLCP in Moluccan organisations in the Netherlands ànd in the Moluccan villages themselves of Anita, Gerard and Charlie that very same weekend also had a highlight this month with the four of us facilitating and transferring community engagement on the islands of Ambon and Saparua. And Maartje, co-participant in 2013 as well, was in Cambodia this month to capture SALT work in Fishermen villages. I have to pinch myself to realise that this song is now in action. When you put so much heart into developping the dream then commitment can only follow!! Thanks Gemma - and keep sharing!
