Bonjour RITUU B. NANDA.

peace and women are still the subjects i am busy with. lately - it is more peace, less women. the conflict in our region is a everyday issue. the government is extremely right-wing almost fascist which is very hard to bear. and- there is my multi-jobs to do, to earn my living....

how things at your side?

Great! We have to get as many persons globally to sign it! I am on a networking craze *_*

Zenita is derived from the noun ZENITH which means:

1. The highest point reached by a celestial or other object.

2.The point in the sky or celestial sphere directly above an observer"

I am now very curious *_*

Hi Rituu,

I work for World Vision and during this trip my focus is providing technical support to one of the Youth Economic Empowerment project that is a trialling a new model that I designed together with them. The premise is to focus on building vocational skills (building, brick making, capentry, domestic science, farming techniques and after graduation the youth may choose to find formal employment or join a youth association which we are supporting to build and strengthen various business units. The business units include investment in profit making small business, micro credit established from business profits, savings groups, business facilitation to assist young people who want to start their own businesses, mentoring and coaching. The project is at an exciting stage, having invested in an internet cafe business. The visit is to work with the youth on how to launch the next step of savings groups and establishing the micro credit units. Broadly I will also be visiting some of our community projects around HIV, Education, Maternal and Child Health, Food Security and Water and Sanitation to provide technical support around issues of sustainability. I am happy to share the Business facilitation and Enterprise Development model summary that we are trialling for feed back from members and also broadly to share ideas with others who may be interested in trying it out
