'war starts when there is nobody to talk to' : this was meant to point out that people can get more and more angry if there is no one to look into the eyes and express their views, concerns, hopes....  When there is no way to addres your point of view. I believe the SALT approach can be useful to build bridges. In addition to SALT I think it is important to find ways to deal with (strong) emotions when people disagree. This is something maybe we can learn from Deep Democracy.

Hi Noemi,

Great to see you here!  Lots of what you believe in is part of the dream and the approach of the Constellation, as I understand it: the importance of building connections on the shared humanity aspect, looking for the common ground of 'what makes us human?'.

Also, inclusion being so important. I remember clearly from the seminar with the Mindell's that he said at one point last week in Greece: 'war starts when there is nobody to talk to'

In other words, it can be a matter of life and death to bring people together and facilitate connections from human to human. Sharing personal stories instead of preaching ideological views.

The aspect of story telling is well developed within the Constellation. And it is a tool for building connections between people.

I love your dream Noemi. Would you have any example where you have facilitated very diverse groups towards collective action? Thanks. Warm greetings from Delhi!
