Translation:

In September, Hervé, Pamela and I facilitated a six days training in Mayotte.

6 days of active training involving 4 afternoon of practice with communities of Mayotte.

It was a new program for each of us. We had never had the opportunity to facilitate such a process. And it is not without some tensions that we reached an unexpected result.

To achieve this, everyone had to adapt and that was a major asset. Adapt to the context, adapt to new techniques, but also adapt to various situations.

During this Form'Action, I realized that the transfer of SALT involves letting go of what can happen and a large dose of creativity.

Throughout the training, each of us has shown great imagination to stimulate change of perception of participants.

The process itself stimulates creativity and creativity facilitates the transfer of the approach and process.

Whether through the magnificent posters of Hervé to illustrate the process, the daily quotes to situate the intention of the day, the warm-up games or the presentation of the Constellation (see blog of Hervé)

What I take from this experience is that If I let go and trust the creativity that lies within each of us, Then I can be pleasantly surprised and have better results.

At the end of the training, we decided to open training to people who were curious about the process to allow them to better understand the content of the training and to make contact with participants. It also gave the opportunity to participants to express and share their experiences during this period of training and to prepare them to speak more easily of it around them.

We wanted this presentation to be made by the participants themselves to stimulate ownership. To do this, we divided them into three groups (Group 1: Who are we?, Group 2: Dream and practices, Group 3: Self-assessment and action plan) and gave them as only instruction to use their creativity to introduce the step of the process to the guests.

The result is stunning! I invite you to see a preview on this video!

Congratulations to the participants and thank you to my teammates who have made this possible ...
