This sounds good Vichet. Great to see this happening. So, you adapted the approach to the competence of your NGO right? And you assess yourself regularly according to these 5 practices?

How did you come up with these 5 practices in the beginning I am wondering?

Good luck with the activity Vichet. Who will you do SALT visit and self-assessment with? Is it with the staff of Ched or with the communities you work with?
