My dream:
My personal dream is to make a difference to myself and people I care about by contributing constructively to the communities I belong to.
My contributions usually aim at inspiring people to Work Smarter. Working smarter comes in three packages:
1) Working Smarter by reflecting on your results and look at how your actions influence your results and how the language you use limits your potential for improvement.
2) Working Smarter by collaborating on finding useful sets of solutions to the challenges of the times
3) Working Smarter by having a shared dream of making a better World for everyone and overcoming the challenges together
