l have been working in program work for the last seven years. l am also a Regional Facilitator trained by Regional Psychosocial Support Initiative on Psychosocial Support.
To make a positive impact in the life of every person l meet/interact with however short the time is.
That instead of organisations complementing each other, they are competing against each other at the expense of the people at the community level.
I'm proud of:
Having worked with different people in the community including the years l was a teacher and later meeting with the same people and getting a feedback that there is something positive l did in their lives.
What I think of Community Life Competence:
It is a very powerful tool for empowering the community
What do I want to do to spread Community Life Competence?
Facilitate AIDS Competence in my community, Join a facilitation team, Share about AIDS Competence with potential partners; friends; colleagues, I want to apply SALT in my own life (S: Stimulate; Support; A: Appreciate; L: Listen; Learn; Link; T: Transfer; Team), I want to share my experience on my blog in Ning
The small secretariat of the Constellation also needs help. Do you want to help? I want to:
Translate, Writing skills, Share AIDS Competence with potential partners
