I develop learning and evaluation strategies for foundations and larger NGOs. I am from the US but have lived in Mexico for the last 6 years.
To be able to contribute to the shift in consciousness and practice that discovers and values the humanity in each of us.
My concern is really an ongoing question - what is the "fertile ground" for bringing about these shifts? Are the pathways and practices that I and collaborators are using exploring this work in the most effective way?
I'm proud of:
I am most proud of my daughters first of all. When I look back I am proud of the instances where I can see my contributions have catalyzed a new way of seeing possibilities and strengthened in some small way people's ability to pursue this opportunities. I am also proud of the instances where people have had space to explore their own voices, perhaps for the first time.
