Identify and Address Vulnerability

Vision of level 5 (dreamed by participants at 2009 knowledge fair in Chiang Mai):
We have a common understanding of the factors that make us vulnerable and are taking action to reduce those factors; "we are driving safely"

List of Common Principles:

When we build our vision for the future, we harness our own capacity to reduce vulnerability
When we take charge of our own vulnerability, we act to reduce it
When we acknowledge our own vulnerability, we are better able to support others
When we are sensitive to the vulnerablity of others, we build a supportive environment
