Hello friends,

One way to measure how Community Life Competence Process (CLCP) is spreading is to look at the traffic on our website and on Ning. Each month, I will share a little report on the traffic on both platforms. 

In this discussion, you can share ideas to increase the number of visitors, so that the CLCP becomes popular!

Please find attached the report for May. Here a few observations:

For the website:
The number of visitors on the website increased between April and May, from 876 to 960 visitors. Most visitors are from Belgium and have been referred to by BTC website (10%). Ning is bringing in more visitors perhaps because we added the link to the website in the welcome message. Most visitors come on Tuesday and the newsletter is increasing the traffic a little but not that much.

For Ning:
The number of visitors went down slightly between April and May from 2,586 to 2,551. Most visitors arrive on the website because they are looking for one of our members.

I observed a big peak on Wednesday the 9th of June of 350 visitors in one day. Many visitors from Guyana (Georgetown), South Africa (most from Edgemead), India (Indore/New Delhi) and Nigeria (Lagos). Any idea what happened on that day in those countries? Nevertheless, people seem to be unique visitors, they stay less than 1min and visit only 1 page.

Please find attached the report with statistics of the visits on the website and on Ning.

In general there is a decrease from mid-Aug to mid-Sept compared to other months. Probably due to the holidays.

Thanks for this. What I found interesting was the content people look for both on Ning and the website. On Ning maximum look at members profiles and on our website its resources.

Personally I am happy that the high percentage of new visitors are from India:-)

any idea what were the stats in July? AIDS2010 may be something that may have raised the number of searches for HIV, which happened in July...

Please find attached the annual report for the website and Ning for 2010.

It is interesting to see the trends over one year.

Some quick facts:

- Ning attracts 4.8 times more visits than the Constellation website. 

- huge increase in the number of visits in from 9 June to 13 July. I don't know why.

- On Ning most visits are from India, then Belgium. On the website it is the other way around

- The second most visited page on the website is 'Resources and tools'

- average time on Ning is 9:34min which is really high. The average time on Ning has been decreasing since June

 

Please share your ideas on how we can increase the number of visits on our website and to stimulate more members to be active on Ning.
