Dear April,

Wow! That's great news. Congratulations to the Kenyan team. Here in India we have a five yearly plan for the National Programme. The current one is the third one from 2007-2012.

Would love to hear more about the GLIA process that led to this development.

Meble...thank you for the updates. I think the other 'big news' is that AIDS Competence is being written into the next National Strategic Plan as one key methodology for community mobilization. NAC has adopted this through the experience with the GLIA process over the past 2 years. Onesmus and I were able to attend a NAC Capacity Building Workshop last week, and present the ACP approach, and there is clearly an open door for going to scale in the coming days. April
