Creating GREAT appreciative  conversations

Hi to all doing such great work. I thought I would let you know about our latest resources. In October 2013 as part of a international exchange under the Grundtvig programme we launched in Prague with our Czech and Italian partners our new product creating GREAT appreciative conversations. ( go to our twitter @appreciatingP for the launch pictures) These 17 cards in a plastic folder our the culmination of 15 community workshops and working with 150+ residents to develop a resource to develop conversation skills and to provide support to testing and developing Appreciative Inquiry protocols.Resource also includes a range of conversation exercises. Taste of Appreciative Inquiry

As part of conversations with Salford University UK about the establishment of a centre for Appreciative Inquiry we have reviewed all our AI training programmes and resources. A part of the process was an inquiry on the theme " if you had only one day to train people in AI what would you cover". Outcome was to take resources from both the AI essentials and GREAT conversation packs and produce the Taste of AI pack as well as a one day workshop . It consists of 12 cards in a plastic wallet. Covering themes such as " what is AI, social construction, generativity, the AI principles, appreciative conversation, 5D process, provocative propositions, SOAR, reframing and appreciative feedback. The pack will retail at £14.99 and reductions for bulk orders plus postage/courier costs. It will be out in January 2014. It is great resource for people who want to just put a toe in the AI water.
